We will request the Client to provide us with any design information they currently have: ceiling heights, context, site build-ups (if known), etc. and prepare a 3D model and simple drawing set for approval. The arrangement we provide is based on our past experience with the product and meant as a talking point from which to formalise the design.
Having approved the design, we will approach the various manufacturers with whom we have established relationships to engineer the parts required and receive samples for Client approval. We will work with the fabricators to understand materiality and restrictions, and develop a design that is both cohesive with the Client vision and able to be manufactured within the given timescales. All bespoke bases will be signed off and approved with your local design team and a structural engineer. At this time, should certification be required due to site location we will begin this process.
With client approval of the sample and finish, we will prepare the purchase order and take deposit payment for the order. We always ensure that our suppliers have sufficient stock of our products to ensure our 6-8 weeks from order lead-time is met.
With the order complete, it will be returned to our studio in Clerkenwell for quality control and packaging. We have a trusted shipping company with whom we work for shipment and logistics, and are able to ship worldwide. Should you wish for us to provide an installation team, we are able to fly our team worldwide to provide assistance with install.
